“Pat! I’ve been so excited to share what’s been happening since you balanced my chakras yesterday! I’ve been on alert since, but not my normal anxious state — more like I can feel a change coming that’s much needed.

I’ve been in heavy isolation for about 3 years now — I mean heavy, lol. I really only leave the house to take the kids to school and pick them up, and get groceries. I don’t hang out with anybody, I don’t date… it’s been a lot of healing and shadow work, and I think it’s finally time to rejoin society. 😅

Really my first step is trying to be more active in this chat!”

“Also another really cool thing happened. I’ve been wondering about star seed origins lately. I heard the term years ago but never really looked into it. But for some reason it was really heavy on my mind this past weekend — so much so that I was researching it.

And then last night at bedtime I had a very strong urge to pull a card. I had a tarot deck and two oracle decks in front of me. I chose the one and didn’t even ask a specific question — I usually ask spirit to give me the message I need the most in that moment.

And what do you know… I pulled the STARSEED card!!!!!!

I didn’t even remember that was one of the cards in this deck — it’s been awhile since I pulled from it. As soon as I saw the card I started laughing and then sobbing. 😂”

Felina:
“When I woke up yesterday morning I tuned into my body. I could feel a tingling buzzing sensation in my feet and going up through my energy centers. I felt very grounded and I haven’t felt that in almost two weeks. I’ve been saying all along that I need to ground my energy. Your activation did that for me. Also, there was no sign of the ‘getting sick symptoms’ from the day before.”

Pat:
“That's a great activation. How are you feeling today?”

Felina:
“Feeling really good. Sorry if this is TMI but usually I would be struggling with PMS symptoms, especially irritability. Other people’s energy would be almost painful for me to deal with, like sandpaper on a rash, lol! But all of that has mellowed drastically. I just feel the tiredness and low energy which is fine with me. I feel those two symptoms are perfectly acceptable when processing a lot both mentally and physically.”

Pat:
“Not too, TMI. I'm glad I could assist in your journey. I have not had a chance to rewatch the crystal grid. I will do that on Monday evening.”

I was feeling kind of tired, heavy & ‘weighed down’ beforehand and now I just feel clear and like I have more energy.

The allergy symptoms I had seem to be clearing pretty quickly too.

I have the urge to sleep and integrate everything. I can let you know what I notice after doing so.

“Hey Pat, so I actually didn’t sleep much last night (2 hours lol) because I had a super early flight today but I feel the chakra balance really helped me to not need much sleep actually! 🤔

And my allergy symptoms are continuing to improve rapidly.

I just feel more grounded, calm & peaceful right now, despite all the stress at the airports. 💪

I can let you know tomorrow how I feel too — once I’ve had a normal night of sleep.

That said, I saw you were taking chakra balancing requests in the DW group & actually the friend I’m staying with right now would be so down if you feel comfortable with it.
